Teknisolar offers two unique automated laminators:


  • A robotised static laminator with a capacity of at least 5 panels/cycle and a maximum of 36 panels/cycle corresponding to 15 to 72 panels per hour;
  • An automatic dynamic laminator with a capacity from 50 to 150 PV panels per hour (300 PV panels if the size is small).

Based on a panel of 230 Wp per PV panel Teknisolar's annual production capacity of a dynamic laminator is envisaged to be over 200 MWp, in the event that the laminator works continuously in three shifts.

Dynamic Laminator

The design criteria of the multistack pallet in which the lamination process occurs are the same of the static laminator.

The main differences are:


  • The various levels are loaded with PV panels to be laminated all simultaneously and not one by one.
  • Various laminating pallets are circulated around a carousel while the de-airing, heating, cooling cycle is done.
  • Variable number of pallets and levels in each pallet give the dynamic laminator an overall production capacity that can be tailored to the needs of each customer.
  • Multi stack laminators are ideal for customers requiring huge capacity (even in excess of 200 MW per year) on a single line requiring a limited space, fully automated and supervised by a single person.
